Swimming

We are learning to build our confidence in and around the water. We practise our swimming skills and love to show off our new tricks.


This is what I have been practising:
Safe entry into the pool (1/4 turn entry)

Reflection:

I am really proud of: Doing the starfish on my tummy.

It is tricky when: I do the starfish on my back.

The next thing I want to learn is: To do rocket arms on my back.

Emily, you enter the pool safely and are very confident in the water and I love all the tricks you show me. Rocket arms on your back can be very tricky Remember to keep pushing your tummy up to the sky when you are on your back, this will help with rocket arms and floating on your back.
